Deposit ($200) is due no later than 7 days after booking the charter date, after that you date will be made available to other clients.

Balance of charter is due prior to the boat leaving the slip.
We can adjust the length of your trip to meet your needs.
In the event of bad weather, which is determined by the captain ONLY, you will be offered alternative dates or refund.
Cancellation deadline is minimum two weeks prior to the charter date.
